Who are BookMyWork service agents?
We aggregate the best service agents across our areas of operation, certify their skill sets, conduct a background check and train them on soft skills before connecting them to customers on need basis. We have enough and more agents spread through every station in Goa that can be made available to the customer at the time the job has been requested for.
Does someone have to be at home during the job hours?
We strongly recommend YES, as our experience tells us that agent’s on-site queries / clarifications are best handled if the home owners are around.
What if the BookMyWork agent doesn't reach on time?
We can arrange for replacement at a time convenient to you or accept a job cancellation from your end with full refund of booking amount, in case you have pre paid.
What if job takes more than the estimated time quoted by BookMyWork?
Normally, it doesn't happen as the agents are also on back to back errands. However, the agents have been trained to inform in advance in case they anticipate that the job would take longer than expected once they reach the site. Half an hour, more or less, than the estimated time is a given and there's no price alteration that comes in within that margin of error. At the end of day, we leave it to your fair judgement to decide.
What if I have to reschedule or cancel the job booked on BookMyWork?
We do understand that last minute changes may, at times, necessitate a reschedule or cancellation of job. However, you would also understand that once you have confirmed a job, the agents are already assigned to the job and hence liable for a loss of income opportunity. We would accept cancellations till about 3 hours before the assigned job time. Post that, you can only reschedule or pay just 15% of the charges to make up for the loss that the agent would have to bear due to last minute cancellation.
Do the BookMyWork agents bring their own supplies / will I have to arrange for it?
All BookMyWork service agents bring in their own supplies. However, consummables such as bulb, ladder, spare parts have to be made available at your end or bought on actuals before work starts.
How do I pay to BookMyWork?
You can pay before or after the job is done.
